If you place several orders and they are not shipped yet, you can contact us at service@verhalo.com (it’s better to contact us within 24 hours, otherwise your order may start shipping), we can combine them together for one shipping fee and refund other shipping fees. To keep your jewelry looking its best, remove it while showering, swimming, exercising, washing your hands, and applying any hair products, perfumes, or lotions. We take pride in the quality of our jewelry, but tarnishing may occur if you expose it to any of those products. Tarnishing can also be caused by your skin’s natural pH levels. And，clean your jewelry by gently buffing it with a soft 100% cotton cloth or silver polish cloth.

When you’re not wearing your pieces, store them in the Ver Halo pouch or box they came in. You can also hang them on a jewelry stand or carefully place them in a jewelry organizer.
