1. If you made a mistake during the order, you can contact us at service@verhalo.com or chat on our site to modify or cancel the order within 24 hours, we’ll modify it by free if there’s no price difference or give you 100% refund; If the order has been shipped, sorry, you can’t cancel the order.

2.If your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.If the order is free shipping, we’ll deduct the shipping fee.So please make sure your delivery adreess and contact number is right.

3.If there is any quality problem, you have 14 days from the date you receive the products to contact us and request a return. We will resend the products for you at no charge(note that all orders can be exchanged for once only), or provide a 100% refund.
